Payment Policy:

Payment is required before the package is dispatched or within 24 hours of the package being sent to the customer.
Late payments may result in a delay in the processing and delivery of the order.

Model Component Policy:

The additional model component included with the package will be retained by default unless specifically requested by the commissioner during the initial order placement.
Any request for changes regarding the included model component must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties before the package is dispatched.

Product Exchange and Return Policy:

In the case of a customer receiving an incorrect package, the customer is expected to notify us immediately and return the product within a reasonable timeframe.
The company will cover the cost of return shipping for any product that was incorrectly sent to the customer.
The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Any damage to the product caused by mishandling during the return process may result in a partial or complete deduction from the refund amount.

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, certain factors beyond our control may lead to unexpected delays. We are not liable for any delays caused by external shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete information will be the responsibility of the customer.
